Taiwan EPA is going to officially kick off the New and Existing Chemical Substance Registration Seminar 2016, especially be aware of that the Phase 1 Registration of the existing substance will be ended on March 31. 行政院環保署參考歐盟化學物質登錄法規精神，自102年完成「毒性化學物質管理法」修法，納入化學物質源頭登錄制度，自103年12月11日開始實施化學物質登錄制度「新化學物質及既有化學物質資料登錄辦法」（以下簡稱本辦法）；重要的既有化學物質第一階段登錄即將於105年3月31日截止，僅剩三個月的時間，期盼各界應盡速完成登錄。為強化既有化學物質第一階段登錄之各項規範宣導，105年度首梯次舉辦宣導說明會之重點在於本辦法法規規範說明及各界關注的既有化學物質第一階段登錄之系統工具介紹及常見錯誤及各界關心的疑問進行說明，並藉由透過直接溝通及意見交流方式，期盼業者能增進對國家政策之瞭解，歡迎各界使用「說明會報名系統」（http://flora2test.eri.com.tw/SeminarChemist）報名參加，相關問題請洽「行政院環境保護署化學物質登錄中心」，電話諮詢服務專線(02)2314-2000及電子郵件諮詢服務chemist@eri.com.tw。化學物質資料登錄平台http://tcscachemreg.epa.gov.tw。
