Taiwan EPA is going to officially open the New chemical dissemination website on Dec.7^th. According to the Information Dissemination and Business Secret Protection chapter in Regulation of New and Existing Chemical Substances Registration promulgated by EPA, chemical substance information granted under registration by the central competent authority shall be made public. Currently, new chemical registration with no CBI application would be open to the public as the first batch of the disseminated information. Taiwan EPA has released the sample and the details going to be revealed on the website and is seeking public comments on the justifiability of the disclosed information before Dec. 7^th.  The following items will accordingly be made public to all stakeholders once the registration are granted.

1. CAS No.
2. Chinese Name
3. English name
4. Other name
5. Registration type and tonnage
6. Registration type (individual or Joint submission)
7. Registration date
8. Valid date
9. Registrant identification
10. Registration number
11. Manufacture and import information
12. Information on uses

 All stakeholders shall beware of the possibilities of the confidential business information (CBI) disclosure through this new chemical dissemination website. Related measure for secret information protection shall be fully considered.
