The Guidelines for the Standard Registration of Existing Chemical Substances (hereinafter referred to as the Guidelines) have been opened for download.
In addition to referring to the recommendations provided in the guidelines, the registrant must also prepare the registration-related information in accordance with the reasonableness of practice and science to successfully complete the registration operation.
This guideline only provides the principles for preparing and writing reference materials for the registration of existing chemical substance standards. The central competent authority may update or revise the contents of this guideline at any time in accordance with the latest revised regulations, relevant international regulations, or scientific research and evidence.

既有化學物質標準登錄指引（以下稱本指引）已於化學物質登錄開放下載，登錄人除參考指引提供之建議外，亦得依照實務與科學之合理性準備登錄相關資料，可順利完成登錄作業。
本指引僅提供既有化學物質標準登錄之資料準備及撰寫參考原則，中央主管機關隨時可依最新修訂之法規、國際相關規範或科學研究及事證，更新或修正本指引內容。
